{"id":4468,"date":"2026-02-05T13:16:01","date_gmt":"2026-02-05T12:16:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/schule-barlsheide.hamburg.de\/?p=4468"},"modified":"2026-02-11T22:10:43","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T21:10:43","slug":"demokratie-an-der-schule-barlsheide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/schule-barlsheide.hamburg.de\/?p=4468","title":{"rendered":"Demokratie an der Schule Barlsheide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DEMOKRATIE an der Schule&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; ist f\u00fcr uns an der Schule Barlsheide ein sehr wichtiges Thema und das nicht nur f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter\/innen des Kollegiums, sondern auch f\u00fcr unsere Sch\u00fcler\/innen.<\/p>\n<p>Somit wurde aus einem kleinen Team des Kollegiums die <strong>Demokratiewerkstatt<\/strong> ins Leben gerufen. Ziel dessen ist es, die Kinder mit in Entscheidungen im Rahmen des Schulalltags einzubeziehen und ihnen dadurch ein Wertigkeitsgef\u00fchl zu geben, ein Gef\u00fchl von \u201eich kann etwas bewegen durch meine Meinung&#8220; und das alles durch faire Abstimmungen.<\/p>\n<p>Vorerst wurde hier in die Klassen gegangen, um den Sch\u00fcler\/innen den Begriff \u201eDemokratie&#8220; und \u201eDemokratiewerkstatt&#8220; n\u00e4her zu bringen.
